When you've suffered a loss, whether recently or years ago, it changes the course of your life. But life doesn't stop just because you're grieving. There are bills to be paid, dinners to be made. You do your best to push it into the background, gone but not forgotten, and try to get on with life. To help you on your journey, we've created a six-week class called Writing Through Grief & Loss. While this is not a therapy group, the process can be therapeutic. Using the Amherst Writers & Artists Method, we've created a safe space to delve into the stories you've left behind.
