Restorative Writing

Summer brings a lot of exciting things for moms and their families. But along with all of the sand and the sunscreen (and the dirty laundry) how can we find time to take care of ourselves? Some days it might be just carving out a few minutes of quiet in the shower or in the wee hours of the night when the rest of the family has gone to bed. However, we do it—with Morning Pages or meditation—it is possible to cultivate small spaces of stillness in our days.
